I would like to thank NATAS Environmental and their team of surveyors for their efforts in completing an asbestos survey for the whole of the University Hospital Aintree Foundation Trust. The surveyors were professional, thorough and sensitive to the needs of wards, theatres and other departments to avoid any inconvenience to staff or patients. An indicator of how considerate a contractor is when working in these areas is the number of complaints received in this office. Throughout the course of the survey we didn?t receive any.

NATAS Environmental has done an excellent job and I would be more than happy to recommend them to others.

I have been asked to organize asbestos e-learning for craftpersons based within the HomeWorks Dept of The Whitefriars Housing Group. I can add the following comments in the hope they prove useful.
The training portal was both fast and easy to access. This I found important as many of the delegates have very limited computing skills. The course sontent was ideally suited to our core businness of repairs and maintenance in both void and occupied domestic dwellings. Many of the delegates commented upon their preference of e-learning to that of a group session within a classroom setting. They perceived this as more "One to One" and found they learned more. The training notes were concise and all relevant to the course content. I am sure all of those having taken part now have a far greater awareness of asbestos and it's dangers within the workplace.
