Drawing on guidance from the UK?s leading experts on ladder manufacture, maintenance and safety, the LA scheme addresses all the issues raised by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and, more recently, the Work and Height Regulations 2005.Demonstration of competence is a key requirement of the new regulations and successful completion of the Ladder Association training course provides proof of such competence.

HSS Training Solutions have worked closely with the OAA and its members to bring you the OAA Passport Scheme, a one day Health Safety course designed specifically for the out door advertising industry. This course is designed for persons who are required to work safely and effectively in compliance with their organisations policy statements, current legislation and accepted best practice in health and safety.

This half day course has been developed in conjunction with the Health & Safety Executive and the Outdoor Advertising Association and its members to enhance the one day Passport Scheme and to maintain and improve the overall standard of health & safety within the industry. This course is aimed at persons who have held an OAA Passport Scheme card for two years since the date of issue.
